REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY. Bookings must be cancelled or modified 48 hours prior to 2pm of the day of arrival. If the guest has not done so then the following will apply: No Show Bookings will be charged 100% of the booking fee. Modified bookings from a guest in house will be charged for the following night.
INDEMNITY. Guests staying at Atherton Apartments take full responsibility for any damage and/or breakages incurred during their stay. Atherton Apartments takes no responsibility for any lost or stolen items from accommodation or vehicles and suggests that guests securely lock their accommodation and/or motor vehicle when unoccupied. No refunds will be issued. Upon departure, any key deposits or other bonds paid are refunded to guests, provided the keys and/or hired items are returned in the same condition upon check out.
